Description

Super Blackmax Clutch Kit. 

This kit includes:

  • Blackmax adjustable clutch weights
  • Primary clutch spring 
  • Super secondary spring
  • Upgrade Helix

This clutch kit is the ultimate kit for the Polaris RZR 1000 S model.  It offers awesome belt grip, hard pulling acceleration, lighting fast back shifting, totally eliminates belt slap, much cooler belt temps, and adjustability. 

This is the exact same kit that we use in our ECU tune kit.  Several years of testing and evolution had brought us to this setup.   
The clutch weights will come pre-set for your machine based on the information you provide on the order.  
Full install instructions are included.

    This kit is amazing! I have 3 sizes larger tires and this is exactly what it needed to restore the power back. Easy to install. No more harsh take off or reverse engagement. Worth every penny. I also removed the engine braking. Its a joy to drive now!

    Just perfect!!!! Parts, installation guide, various settings available. I tested it for a few kilometers on the softest setting, and it's great.

    Clutch upgrade

    I just put this in my 2020 RZR S4 1000. It made a massive difference! The install was very easy and the machine now feels like I'm back in a 2 seater. It pulls incredibly better and no longer seems doggy when the whole family is loaded up. Can't wait to do a tune on it
