16-20 Turbo Super Clutch Kit.  

This kit includes:

  • Blackmax adjustable clutch weights
  • Primary clutch spring 
  • Secondary clutch spring
  • Secondary Helix

This clutch kit is the ultimate kit for the RZR Turbo models.  It offers awesome belt grip, hard pulling acceleration, lighting fast backshifting, totally eliminates belt slap / slip, runs with much cooler belt temps, and is fully adjustable for different builds. 

Several years of testing and evolution has brought us to this setup.   
The clutch weights will come pre set for your machine based on the information you provide on the order.  
Full install instructions are included.

    Installed at 3000 miles along with a gboost wbb and new plastic sliders and buttons, the clutch has never felt as smooth on takeoff, back shifts great, and rips you back in the seat off a dig. No guesswork in weights they come pre installed per application. Overall highly recommend!

    Rzr turbo clutch kit and belt

    The rzr turbo clutch kit, helix and g boost belt is definitely the way to go. Very smooth take off and takes full advantage of the tune. Have purchased many products here and many more in the future. The customer service is amazing too. Always make sure to help and that you are satisfied.

    The weights came preloaded. But I adjusted them differently and with a 2020 turbo xp 4 seater I can lay a 25 ft black mark and still get over 90 mph. I recommend this clutch kit very highly. I have an 18, 20 and a 21 turbo xp and they all now have the tune and clutch kit. I also have a 19 general with the tune on.

    100% Recommend!! I run 37x12.50 17 on my Rzr turbo. I setup the weights to how I ride and did great on the highway and 7hrs of trail riding and water bashing and rocks!! Thanks so much!
