Needed clutch warranty work done, sent in and repaired very promptly. Turnaround time was slow due to the shipping. Top quality customer service is as understatement.
Noticed on our last trip the EBS was acting up and it was hard to shift/change gears. I contacted you guys in which you addressed the issue. It involved a clutch rebuild. You guys covering the cost of parts when you didn’t have to just shows the integrity of Gilomen. I have definitely passed the good word along to the guys we SxS with. I had a noisy one way bearing on my primary that I had purchased from Gilomen after almost a year and they were happy to replace it under warranty. Got it back and works great now. I've always had great luck asking questions through e mails from the tech department also. Great people to work with anything you need to ask they are always great about getting back with you.

Purchased Gilomen Clutch Kit along with ECM tune from company just over 2 years agoand one way beariing went bad. Contacted Gilomen for repair part and they had me send clutch back to them for repair knowing it was out of warranty. Gilomen covered all parts and labor needed under warranty and covered shipping back to me. Gilomen went above abd beyond for customer satisfaction and this is the reason they have a cutomer for life. Very few companies have the committment Gilomen has to back up their Product
