General Super Clutch Kit. 

This kit includes:

  • Blackmax adjustable clutch weights
  • Primary clutch spring high performance

  • EBS ENGINE BRAKING TYPE Upgrade Helix
  • Installation instructions

This clutch kit is the ultimate kit for the Polaris General model.  It offers awesome belt grip, hard pulling acceleration, lighting fast back shifting, totally eliminates belt slap, much cooler belt temps, and adjustability. 

This is the exact same kit that we use in our ECU tune kit.  Several years of testing and evolution had brought us to this setup.   
The clutch weights will come pre-set for your machine based on the information you provide on the order.

    Both products are excellent. I opted for the milder primary spring and weights option and the performance is everything I could hope for.

    My Polaris General primary clutch hasn't worked correctly since the machine was new a in 2017. I went through a dozen belts or so and it always jumped and bucked and made strange noises. The dealer was zero help the many times I carried it to them. They would keep it from 1 to several weeks, tell me it was fine, but nothing changed. When I removed and tore down the primary clutch it was obvious they never looked at it. The weights had grooves wore in them and one was wore to half its original thickness through most of its entire radius. I replaced everything with the parts from this kit, cleaned the rust from the steel components, and cleaned the friction surfaces with a brillo pad. It's a different machine now. It shifts out smooth and quite with no excessive belt wear. It now seems to keep the engine RPM in a area to make power instantly instead of a lot of belt slippage. This is an excellent product. Screw the dealerships. I'll never go back.

    Awesome clutch kit does just as they described, has some questions about my secondary spring so I sent them a email and they got back with me within 30 minutes couldn’t ask for any better customer service

    Gilomen answered all my questions quickly. Shipped my products very quickly. Directions were precise and made my install a breeze. Clutch kit made my general much mor snappy and really brought it to life after installing larger tires. Thanks Gilomen. Great service.
