Clutch kit includes: Torque monster adjustable clutch weights set, primary clutch spring, secondary spring to use if you are running 32" or larger tires and instructions.

Gilomen Innovations Polaris Ranger single overhead cam 1000cc high performance ECU tune. This tune is specifically designed for the basic 61 hp Ranger 1000 Models.  It brings your stock 61hp motor up to 78hp.  Each tune is setup specifically for your exact model and tire size. This tune and clutch kit combo turns your slow doggy Ranger in to a powerful, fun, fast and very responsive machine!  Most machines see top speeds 64 MPH+ after this tune with stock size tires.  If your machine is equipped with turf mode I can assure you it will stay fully functional just as it was designed to be. This tune does not cause any codes / check engine lights. It allows 100% power when you want it! The seat-belt limiter is disabled. This tune version is the most refined tune currently offered by Gilomen Innovations for the SOHC 1000cc Ranger models. It performs great on 87 octane gas and even better on 91 octane gas. All engine protections are left in place. Fuel and timing maps are revised for peak performance on pump gas while keeping your piston crown temps and valves cooler than stock. Additional protection is offered by lowering the cooling fan temp from 205 degrees down to 190 to keep your engine running cooler and lasting longer. Speed limiters in all gears are eliminated.  Price includes shipping to you. Turn around time is 1 business day. You can have faith in us to give you the best possible customer service. All of our tunes are developed in house with our engine dynamometer using the best tuning strategies known. Many other tuning companies use tune developers from over seas to design their tunes. That creates less than ideal final product because communications back and forth with the developer can be difficult and time consuming.  

If you purchase an ECU tune from our website and are sending in your original ECU for us to tune you do not need to print and fill out the customer information form because all of your machine and customer info is filled out during checkout online. Please just put a note in the box with your name so we know its yours when it arrives. I have had several people ask if their heater will work as good in the winter after the 20 degree cooler fan temps and the answer is absolutely yes. I have tested this during the harsh winter in Minnesota on my personal machine and found the heat works exactly the same. The reason for this is because the engine has a 180 degree thermostat and during the winter the cooling fan rarely comes on with or without a tuned ECU but the thermostat is always maintaining proper engine temp to keep the heater core hot.

Write your name on your ECU or a slip of paper to send along with your ECU. You ship your ECU to us with any carrier you wish. Once we receive your ECU in our shop, we will reflash your ECU & send it back to you within one-business day! EZ LYNK AUTO AGENT 2 REMOTE TUNE

If you are flash tuning your machine yourself using the EZ LYNK AUTO AGENT 2 device you will need to Lynk your vehicle to Gilomen Innovations through the EZ Lynk Auto Agent app on your android or apple phone. Lynk your vehicle to our technician account terry@gilomeninnovations.com

Once you Lynk your vehicle to Gilomen Innovations we will configure your new tune and send it through the cloud to your app on your phone so you can flash tune your machine if you already purchased the tune through our website. No tune credits or other fees are involved when using this device.  If you are renting an EZ LYNK device from Gilomen you have 30 days to return the device for a $480 refund.  If you purchase the device to keep, then the device is not returnable after it has been used to flash the machine.  The EZ lynk device can be used on unlimited machines with a Gilomen-provided tune for each individual machine. 

If you need assistance with using the device or application you will need to contact EZ LYNK support https://www.ezlynk.com/support/   

Gilomen does not offer support regarding the EZ LYNK device or application.  We simply provide this device as another avenue to tune your machine. 

 

DYNOJET POWER VISION REMOTE TUNE 

If you are flash tuning your machine yourself using a dyno jet device you will need to email us the STK file and the PV-INFO file so we can configure a tune for your machine and email it to you.  Email your STK and PV-INFO file to terry@gilomeninnovations.com 

You need to purchase a tune on our website first. 

GILOMEN INNOVATIONS DOES NOT OFFER TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR THE DYNOJET DEVICE.  IF YOU ARE HAVING TROUBLE USING THE DEVICE YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT DYNOJET SUPPORT.  

 

HP TUNERS REMOTE TUNE

If you are flash tuning your machine yourself using the HP Tuners device you will need to email us the vehicle vin #, the stock file that you read out of the machine, and your HP Tuners serial number / interface ID # which is on the back of your device.  It is your responsibility to have the knowledge to use the HP tuners device to flash your machine.  You are responsible to obtain the proper credits to license your vehicle vin # on your device. You need to purchase a tune on our website first. GILOMEN INNOVATIONS DOES NOT OFFER TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR THE HP TUNERS DEVICE.  IF YOU ARE HAVING TROUBLE USING THE HP TUNERS DEVICE OR THEIR SOFTWARE YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT HP TUNERS SUPPORT.

    Awesome on time and product. I have a problem a bolt broke off in the clutch body putting it back on could you give me an idea to fix this. One of the six bolt broke

    Quick turn around easy install with great instructions. Could not believe tge differnce in low end and mid range just where you want it. Clutch chatter is gone. Like a totally different machine even with the 30 inch tires More bang for the up even w the 25s that came on my machine. Couldn't be happier.

    very easy to install and preforms very well. machine accelerates much faster and top speed increased over 10 mph while retaining smooth operation.

    Awesome clutch kit easy to install and good design. Easy instructions too!! Ii would get the bolt kit for the weights!! My dealer did not have any in stock!! But other than that it worked perfectly.. Nice smooth shifting and a lot smoother take offs! Awesome product!

    Great Tune

    I originally bought the Dynojet power vision and it opened up the factory restrictions but didn’t feel like it added any power. I bought Giloman’s tune and clutch kit and the tune was emailed to me in less than 10 minutes after I email them my stock tune. This tune is worth every penny. Made my Ranger SOHC run like it should have from the factory. Now I can travel with traffic without feeling like I’m in the way. I also added the clutch kit and it only took about 1.5 hours. Thanks Terry!

    The service was fantastic. I contacted Gilomen by email and phone with questions prior to purchasing. All responses were fast and genuine. Turnaround time could not have been better. The kit is working great. Hope this helps my belt wear with snow tracks on. Great power and feel so far.

    From the very first call with questions on what best fits my needs to the order process to get the ECU unit to Gilomen, the staff made it very easy to do business with. The ECU Unit and clutch kit came shortly after I sent to them and was a very easy install. I will say that it feels as if I have a new machine and one with more power and much quieter ride as I run the same speeds as I did with much less RPM. I cannot imagine going back to a stock machine and I will always add this kit to my future machines, I have referred many friends to Gilomen and after they drive mine, they will follow the same path. Customer service and an excellent product seems to be a rare find anymore and I can say that Gilomen nails both of these!!!

    Our machine seemed to really lag after installing 30s. Their tune and clutch kit really opened my machine up and can feel a big power difference.
