Clutch kit includes: Torque monster adjustable clutch weights set, primary clutch spring, secondary spring to use if you are running 32" or larger tires and instructions.

Gilomen Innovations Polaris Ranger single overhead cam 1000cc high performance ECU tune. This tune is specifically designed for the basic 61 hp Ranger 1000 Models.  It brings your stock 61hp motor up to 78hp.  Each tune is setup specifically for your exact model and tire size. This tune and clutch kit combo turns your slow doggy Ranger in to a powerful, fun, fast and very responsive machine!  Most machines see top speeds 64 MPH+ after this tune with stock size tires.  If your machine is equipped with turf mode I can assure you it will stay fully functional just as it was designed to be. This tune does not cause any codes / check engine lights. It allows 100% power when you want it! The seat-belt limiter is disabled. This tune version is the most refined tune currently offered by Gilomen Innovations for the SOHC 1000cc Ranger models. It performs great on 87 octane gas and even better on 91 octane gas. All engine protections are left in place. Fuel and timing maps are revised for peak performance on pump gas while keeping your piston crown temps and valves cooler than stock. Additional protection is offered by lowering the cooling fan temp from 205 degrees down to 190 to keep your engine running cooler and lasting longer. Speed limiters in all gears are eliminated.  Price includes shipping to you. Turn around time is 1 business day. You can have faith in us to give you the best possible customer service. All of our tunes are developed in house with our engine dynamometer using the best tuning strategies known. Many other tuning companies use tune developers from over seas to design their tunes. That creates less than ideal final product because communications back and forth with the developer can be difficult and time consuming.  

If you purchase an ECU tune from our website and are sending in your original ECU for us to tune you do not need to print and fill out the customer information form because all of your machine and customer info is filled out during checkout online. Please just put a note in the box with your name so we know its yours when it arrives. I have had several people ask if their heater will work as good in the winter after the 20 degree cooler fan temps and the answer is absolutely yes. I have tested this during the harsh winter in Minnesota on my personal machine and found the heat works exactly the same. The reason for this is because the engine has a 180 degree thermostat and during the winter the cooling fan rarely comes on with or without a tuned ECU but the thermostat is always maintaining proper engine temp to keep the heater core hot.

RE-TUNE PROCEDURE WHEN SENDING US YOUR STOCK ECU:

Write your name on your ECU or a slip of paper to send along with your ECU. You ship your ECU to us with any carrier you wish. Once we receive your ECU in our shop, we will reflash your ECU & send it back to you within one-business day! EZ LYNK AUTO AGENT 2 REMOTE TUNE

If you are flash tuning your machine yourself using the EZ LYNK AUTO AGENT 2 device you will need to Lynk your vehicle to Gilomen Innovations through the EZ Lynk Auto Agent app on your android or apple phone. Lynk your vehicle to our technician account terry@gilomeninnovations.com

Once you Lynk your vehicle to Gilomen Innovations we will configure your new tune and send it through the cloud to your app on your phone so you can flash tune your machine if you already purchased the tune through our website. No tune credits or other fees are involved when using this device.  If you are renting an EZ LYNK device from Gilomen you have 30 days to return the device for a $480 refund.  If you purchase the device to keep, then the device is not returnable after it has been used to flash the machine.  The EZ lynk device can be used on unlimited machines with a Gilomen-provided tune for each individual machine. 

If you need assistance with using the device or application you will need to contact EZ LYNK support https://www.ezlynk.com/support/   

Gilomen does not offer support regarding the EZ LYNK device or application.  We simply provide this device as another avenue to tune your machine. 

 

DYNOJET POWER VISION REMOTE TUNE 

If you are flash tuning your machine yourself using a dyno jet device you will need to email us the STK file and the PV-INFO file so we can configure a tune for your machine and email it to you.  Email your STK and PV-INFO file to terry@gilomeninnovations.com 

You need to purchase a tune on our website first. 

GILOMEN INNOVATIONS DOES NOT OFFER TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR THE DYNOJET DEVICE.  IF YOU ARE HAVING TROUBLE USING THE DEVICE YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT DYNOJET SUPPORT.  

 

HP TUNERS REMOTE TUNE

If you are flash tuning your machine yourself using the HP Tuners device you will need to email us the vehicle vin #, the stock file that you read out of the machine, and your HP Tuners serial number / interface ID # which is on the back of your device.  It is your responsibility to have the knowledge to use the HP tuners device to flash your machine.  You are responsible to obtain the proper credits to license your vehicle vin # on your device. You need to purchase a tune on our website first. GILOMEN INNOVATIONS DOES NOT OFFER TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR THE HP TUNERS DEVICE.  IF YOU ARE HAVING TROUBLE USING THE HP TUNERS DEVICE OR THEIR SOFTWARE YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT HP TUNERS SUPPORT.

    2020 polaris ranger 1000 base sohc tune

    Got the tune and big tire mudder spring. I have 30 inch tires on it and Speedo is 100% accurate. And way more power than before. Have big tires now and before was only able to do 57. Now I can do 70mph. Awesome product anf great customer service. Mudder spring was very easy to put on as well. Thanks Gilomen innovations. Definitely a repeat customer

    Runs like a raped ape now I wasn’t expecting much out of a tune on a gas motor but damn. Turns 29.5 outlaws like stock tires and no belt slip with the mudder spring. Truly impressed. I’ve got half the rednecks in west TN talking about sending in ECU.

    2020 ranger 1000 ecu

    Was looking around for a couple of months for a way to wake up my ranger and it was pretty obvious early in the process that gilomen was the best and the most professional to get it done. Answered all my questions through e-mail Within hours even on weekends. Had my ecu in 3 days and took longer to get it out of the packaging than to install. The only problem I have is it said (64+ with most machines) my Ranger will do 71 mph easy and I am sure it will do more than that because I haven’t put it to the floor yet. All the characteristics described with this ecu upgrade are totally true... temperature is always right at 180... much smoother pulling out of the garage...much faster in low gear... and “lights out”acceleration and speed Compared to the stock ecu. .....If your on the fence about this ecu upgrade ( like I was) “DON’T BE” it’s worth every penny.

    Wow!!!! Terry and crew nailed the tune on the Ranger 1000 non xp model. It opened mine up a lot. In the description it says it’s all, the part where it says you can feel the power backing out the garage, that is true! Great job on the tune, very simple plug and play. Money well spent in my opinion. Thanks again!!!!!!

    ECU Upgrade with secondary clutch spring

    this upgrade is amazing it performs better than i expected. A big increase in speed and power and the Secondary spring made a big difference on the response time of the machine when you push the gas pedal. Definitely worth every penny, this is an Awesome upgrade. Thank You Gilomen Innovations!!!

    I purchased the SOHC machine because of the broad torque curve, The factory tune had decent power but really doesn't accelerate like I expected, basically a no thrills machine, So I contacted terry and purchased his ECU Tune, This Tune really wakes up this machine, throttle response is amazing, Hit the throttle and it pushes you back in the seat, pulls Hard way past 50MPH with no signs of giving up, nail the throttle and you can hear and feel the power. Terry absolutely nailed the tune on this one, Thanks a bunch Terry

    SOHC Tune is awesome

    I was disappointed in the performance of my machine when it was stock so I reached out to Gilomen and they set me up with an ECU tune. No clutching was required. After I installed it I was pleasantly supprised at the overall power and speed gains. My Ranger is way more responsive and really sets you back in the seat when you punch the throttle. I cannot get over how much torque and power this tune puts out. Great job Gilomen!!! Keep up the good work!!!
