This is a stock OEM Polaris ECU/TCM tune that your machine would have come with from the factory.
If you purchase the stock tune from our website and are sending in your ECU/TCM for us to tune back to stock, you do not need to print and fill out the customer information form because all of your machine and customer info is filled out during checkout online. Please just put a note in the box with your name so we know it's yours when it arrives. If you are not buying the stock tune online and want to do it over the phone with a credit card, please fill out this form and send it with your ECU and TCM. Customer Info Form

We offer 3 different ways to tune your machine to stock oem calibration.
- Purchase a brand-new ECU and TCM from us. You keep your originals
- Purchase a core ECU and TCM with the CORE EXCHANGE PROGRAM (when you send your good original ECU/TCM back to us, we refund you $1550)
- Send your ECU and TCM to be exchanged for a core ECU and TCM that is programmed with your vin and vehicle specs back to the factory calibration.
TUNE PROCEDURE WHEN SENDING US YOUR ECU and TCM:
Write your name on your ECU and TCM or a slip of paper to send along with your ECU. You ship your ECU to us with any carrier you wish.
