To maximize belt life and performance
Two break-in periods of at least 20 miles, separated by a cooling down period of 30 minutes, are required before applying maximum engine torque. This break-in process involves conservatively running through the entire shift range, without exceeding half throttle. The belt surface will properly wear to match the individual pulleys, and optimized pulley/belt contact will be achieved. This results in optimum grip performance. Significantly reduced heat, glazing and future wear. In short: the belt’s life span will drastically increase.

Warranty Information

Gboost Limited Belt Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. The warranty period for belts, proven defective because of improper material or workmanship, purchased from Gboost or an authorized dealer is one year from the date of purchase. A replacement belt assumes the remaining warranty from the original purchase date. This is a part only warranty and Gboost will not cover any labor involved in repairing or replacing. This limited warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. Gboost is not obligated to provide any warranty, technical or service support for products not purchased directly from Gboost or from an authorized Gboost distributor. Purchaser’s exclusive remedy for any breach of this limited warranty is for the replacement of the belt which is proven to be non-conforming or defective, or refund of the purchase price at Seller’s discretion. In no event shall Seller be liable for any other costs or damages, such as indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages, or lost profits, lost revenue or recall costs. To make a claim under the terms of this Limited Warranty, Purchaser must notify Seller in writing within thirty days of period after discovery of the claimed defect and shall furnish substantiating documentation. Purchaser will return the product to afford Gboost the opportunity to inspect and analyze the product at purchaser’s cost. Once we receive the belt and confirm that the belt is a defect in material and/or workmanship we will provide a replacement belt with a $25 handling fee. Or the customer can pay for a replacement belt and we will refund the cost of the part minus the $25 handling fee after we receive and analyze the defective belt

    Followed the break in instructions that came with the belt. Then took it out this weekend for a 130 mile group ride (riding with the fast group). Changing to this belt has completely eliminated the belt slap on my General XP.

    I have a brand new 2020 General XP with the notorious "BELT SLAP". Put the G-Boost belt on after 300 miles. No belt slap and as soon as I touch the accelerator the machine moves. No noise, no belt slap and engine brake works as it should. Happy General owner.

    I had crazy clutch noise from belt slap and lack of performance. This belt fixed it!! Highly recommended!!

    Gilomen GBoost Worlds Best Belt

    Ordered is this to replace the stock belt that was still going strong after 5 years on a 2015 Polaris Ranger Crew 900. Granted, the old belt was tired, but I was blown away by the improvement this belt provided. The engagement is much smoother and faster than the old belt. It just feels way more responsive. Gilomen pricing was good and shipping was fast. I’m happy!

    The new belt was slapping and clicking from mile #1. After 600 miles it never changed. Installed the G-Boost and it fixed the problem. Also takes off smoother at low throttle and has less vibration through the RPM range. The Worlds Best
