BOBCAT / GRAVELY TUNING TIPS

570cc BOBCAT AND GRAVELY MODELS:

ECU: The 570 models in stock form are just plain slow. The factory ECU program is designed to restrict power and speed.  Our ECU tune will eliminate those power and speed limiters along with many other awesome features. The tune will bring your 570 engine up to 50hp. Speeds of 55+ mph are seen on most machines!

Clutch: The Blackmax adjustable clutch kit is amazing on a stock and tuned machine.  Highly recommended!  If you have larger than 28" tires I recommend installing our big tire mudder secondary spring to help prevent belt slippage and maintain proper rpm under load.

Duraclutch Upgrade:  If you want unparalleled belt life, and overall clutch durability I would suggest the Duraclutch kit.

Belt: The stock Polaris belt is weak and prone to failure in extreme conditions.  I have found the G-Boost Belt belt to be the best performing and longest lasting belt available. I highly recommend installing one of these.

1000cc BOBCAT AND GRAVELY MODELS:

ECU: The 1000 SOHC models are doggy and super slow in stock form. The stock ECU program has a variety of power and speed limiting that restricts the overall performance of this machine. Our amazing ECU tune we offer opens up all these governors and limiters to allow full power which nets large increases in torque, hp and speed. You will feel the added power on tap just pulling it out of your garage! The SOHC (single over head cam) motor is a torque monster that likes low rpm operation. We offer this tune with a clutch kit as a package if you want the most out of the tune. It allows the engine rpm to run at the peak of the power curve for maximum acceleration. I do recommend installing our big tire mudder spring in the secondary clutch if you are running larger than 29" tires to prevent belt slippage.

Duraclutch Upgrade: If you want unparalleled belt life, and overall clutch durability I would suggest the Duraclutch kit.

Be sure to grab a Gboost belt if you want the strongest belt!
