Great product that worked really well. Only 4 stars cause I thought it was a little pricy for what it is. Other than price great product

    Excellent Customer Service

Posted by Tim Wiesner on Aug 4th 2022

While on vacation for a month in Montana/WY/SD in July. My Duraclutch Primary failed while under warranty. Brady and Terry at Gilomen work with me (even though I didn’t originally purchase this from Gilomen) to Next Day Air one to me. I only lost 1 day of riding. Then they worked with Duraclutch (manufacturing company) to help me get full credit for the New Primary. All I can say is if a company like Gilomen works that hard to help me get back on the trails ASAP for something I didn’t buy originally from them. I would recommend Gilomen Innovation for and of your ECU tunes or anything they sell. Their customer service goes above and beyond what most companies do. Thank you Terry Gilomen and CSRep Brady you are the BEST!!!! Tim Wiesner

Worked like a charm to pull primary clutch

Posted by JD C on Jul 21st 2022

I used this to pull the primary clutch on a 2022 Ranger NorthStar Trail Boss. Per Terry's recommendation, I put a little oil on the threads and the tip of the puller before I inserted it. I used an old school pneumatic impact wrench and let it charge to full psi and then pulsed it with bursts making sure it was spinning a little each time I pulled the trigger on the wrench. Within 45 seconds or so, it popped my clutch right off!
