Installed kit on 900 XP Ranger works excellent. UTV is not a race machine, keeps rpm down, more pleasant to drive, would highly recommend this kit definitely worth the money!

Gained about 4 miles gallon on fuel. Little sluggish mid range. Low end is fine. Takes awhile to get to 65 but will get there and faster.

This is a great kit for those of us who use our rigs for yard work, ice fishing, plowing and general cruising. it takes care of the jerking starts and the noise level is reduced by quite a bit. (my wife complained about the noise levels and was amazed at how quiet it is now even at 50mph). it will still go as as fast as before, just gets there a lot more smoothly and quietly. I couldn't be happier with it. cant comment on the gas mileage yet but i really don't care, it took care of the noise and the jerky starts. that in itself makes it worth it to me.

Lowered 40 mph cruising rpm by over 1000 rpm!

Every unit is different in the way that each of them preforms. My personal machine is a ranger 900. there is over a 1000 rpm less in certain mph ranges than with stock. fuel consumption has notably decreased. Kit does everything it says it does in addition to smoother take off and using less throttle to carry out any task. cab noise is pretty much nonexistent.

The factory clutch always made my 2015 Ranger XP 900 feel a bit like a 2 stroke, especially when climbing grades the RPM would shoot up to 5500-6000 and while it would provide the power needed to make the climb it wasn’t very smooth and would cause the tires to spin out often, tearing up the roads. I installed this clutch kit and the effects for my use are amazing, it feels and drives more like a powerful tractor, the low end power is much better and engagement into the power band is smoother. The RPMs climbing the same grades as before is under 4000 which makes it much quieter. I will say the top end speed is lower, I used to be able to hit about 50 MPH, now more like 35 MPH. I don’t care for the top speed at all, I use my Ranger for ranch work and hunting. Would recommend this kit to anyone especially if you have bigger tires it helps a lot too, I run 28” tires and this clutch setup feels perfect. Thanks Gilomen!

If you are not an aggressive driver and want a quieter ride then this is the clutch kit for you. I can't express how impressed I am with this clutch kit. I also bought the 56-66 helix from Gilomen. Very smooth take off and no jerky starts. Engine braking may be slightly less than stock, which I like. Our General is enclosed, and engine noise is greatly reduced. Outstanding clutch kit!
