Description

This is a fix to eliminate the 65590, 65591, 65592 false misfire code problem on all Polaris RZR, Turbo, General, Ranger, 900 and 1000 models. This is for machines with the stock Polaris factory programming. This fix can not be performed on ECU's that have been tuned by another tuning shop.

Here at Gilomen Innovations we have spent countless hours learning the ECU logic on these Polaris machines in order to fix problems like this.  

IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO REMOTE TUNE YOUR MACHINE WITH ONE OF THE LISTED DEVICES YOU MUST READ THIS AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW:

EZ LYNK AUTO AGENT 2 REMOTE TUNE

If you are flash tuning your machine yourself using the EZ LYNK AUTO AGENT 2 device you will need to Lynk your vehicle to Gilomen Innovations through the EZ Lynk Auto Agent app on your android or apple phone. Lynk your vehicle to our technician account terry@gilomeninnovations.com

Once you Lynk your vehicle to Gilomen Innovations we will configure your new tune and send it through the cloud to your app on your phone so you can flash tune your machine if you already purchased the tune through our website. No tune credits or other fees are involved when using this device.  If you are renting an EZ LYNK device from Gilomen you have 30 days to return the device for a $480 refund.  If you purchase the device to keep, then the device is not returnable after it has been used to flash the machine.  The EZ lynk device can be used on unlimited machines with a Gilomen-provided tune for each individual machine. 

If you need assistance with using the device or application you will need to contact EZ LYNK support https://www.ezlynk.com/support/   

Gilomen does not offer support regarding the EZ LYNK device or application.  We simply provide this device as another avenue to tune your machine. 

 

DYNOJET POWER VISION REMOTE TUNE 

If you are flash tuning your machine yourself using a dyno jet device you will need to email us the STK file and the PV-INFO file so we can configure a tune for your machine and email it to you.  Email your STK and PV-INFO file to terry@gilomeninnovations.com 

You need to purchase a tune on our website first. 

GILOMEN INNOVATIONS DOES NOT OFFER TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR THE DYNOJET DEVICE.  IF YOU ARE HAVING TROUBLE USING THE DEVICE YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT DYNOJET SUPPORT.  

 

HP TUNERS REMOTE TUNE

If you are flash tuning your machine yourself using the HP Tuners device you will need to email us the vehicle vin #, the stock file that you read out of the machine, and your HP Tuners serial number / interface ID # which is on the back of your device.  It is your responsibility to have the knowledge to use the HP tuners device to flash your machine.  You are responsible to obtain the proper credits to license your vehicle vin # on your device. You need to purchase a tune on our website first. GILOMEN INNOVATIONS DOES NOT OFFER TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR THE HP TUNERS DEVICE.  IF YOU ARE HAVING TROUBLE USING THE HP TUNERS DEVICE OR THEIR SOFTWARE YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT HP TUNERS SUPPORT.

Then read the stock tune from your machine and email it to Gilomen Innovations:

Once we receive your stock tune file we'll match it up with your order and configure the new tune then email it to you to flash to your machine.

    Worked as supposed to

    2018 Polaris General 2800+miles, unit went into limp mode anytime above 45mph sometimes even at lower speeds, turn key off and back on worked again until back to speed, Put the new ECU with deleted misfire code and unit ran spot on. Thanks Gilomen Innovations

    ECU refresh due to error codes

    Simple....Mailed in our ECU from Ranger 1000 had it back to us is about 2 days. Followed the easy instruction of restarting the Ranger and it worked perfectly with no error codes.

    Great customer service

    I just installed my reprogrammed ECU and the codes are gone. I honestly just started it up and haven't even taken it around the block. However, the company is great. When a weather delay had my ECU stuck on a plane or some processing center for 3 days, I emailed Gilomen and they offered to send me another one overnight so I'd have my RZR for the weekend. My part came before needing to do that, but they offered! You just don't see customer services like that anymore, so hats off to Gilomen...they ROCK!

    Misfire code fix

    Gilomen was great! They answered my email questions instantly. I mailed my ECU to them and it was tuned and back in my hands in 6 days. Their tune removed the misfire codes and they have not returned. My Ranger runs like new. I am very pleased with them.

    ECU flash

    I sent my ecu into Giloman to reflash after I installed Duraclutch on my 2019 Polaris General. Prior to the reflash my check engine light would come on with my machine would eventually go into limp mode. I followed the tracking information on my shipment and my ecu was delivered to them after noon, and they were able to flash ecu and ship it out the same day. Once I received I installed and just finished a 40 mile ride today with ZERO issues. Thanks Gilomen for the excellent product and awesome customer service! A+A+

    These guys are amazing!! My Polaris 1000 was essentially useless because of the continuous false misfire codes sending it into "limp mode". These guys fixed it and it is flawless, no more problems with it!! These guys are courteous, they stay in touch with their customers throughout the process and they provide the fastest service possible. They received my ECU one day and sent it back the next. I highly recommend this true American business!!! If you are in need of any service provided by Gilomen Innovations, don't delay, you won't regret it!!
