Description

This is a fix to eliminate the 65590, 65591, 65592 false misfire code problem on all Polaris RZR, Turbo, General, Ranger, 900 and 1000 models. This is for machines with the stock Polaris factory programming. This fix can not be performed on ECU's that have been tuned by another tuning shop.

Here at Gilomen Innovations we have spent countless hours learning the ECU logic on these Polaris machines in order to fix problems like this.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO REMOTE TUNE YOUR MACHINE WITH ONE OF THE LISTED DEVICES YOU MUST READ THIS AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW:

EZ LYNK AUTO AGENT 2 REMOTE TUNE

If you are flash tuning your machine yourself using the EZ LYNK AUTO AGENT 2 device you will need to Lynk your vehicle to Gilomen Innovations through the EZ Lynk Auto Agent app on your android or apple phone. Lynk your vehicle to our technician account terry@gilomeninnovations.com

    ECU reprogram

Posted by Greg Pollet on Feb 1st 2022

We had our Polaris RZR 1000 XP Highlander ECU serviced for a misfire issue and it solved our problem with the misfire code. Gilomen Innovations also included a checklist of some other items to check in conjunction with the installation of our ECU. We followed the list and all worked out well! Thank you!

RZR ECU False Misfire Code Fix Tune

Posted by Dennis on Jan 19th 2022

FINALLY fixed the persistent codes and limp modes with a tune from Gilomen. Tried new belt, plugs, etc and still couldn’t run more than a mile before coding/limp. Love the new tune, back to factory performance and reliability, thanks GI.

    Issue finally solved

Posted by Ryan Lovelace on Nov 9th 2021

My 2018 General had been triggering the false misfire codes and going into limp mode since the day I bought it brand new. To do what the Polaris dealer suggests by unloading the parts cannon on it and replacing the belt and spark plugs, etc will not solve the real problem. This tune is the answer. It could of been the placebo effect but it feels like this tune also gave my machine a tad bit more power. I could be wrong but it runs awesome. I also added on the cooling fans to turn on at 190 degress so that will help during the hot Midwestern summers. The whole transaction was quick too and shipping times were super fast, causing very little down time. I'm sure we will be getting more parts from Gilomen soon. Cant thank you guys enough.

    False Codes

Posted by Greg Adkisson on Oct 20th 2021

The Gilomen update to my ECU stopped my false codes that put me into limp mode. I swapped 2 different ECU's twice to assure myself that the problem was in the stock ECU.
