Clutch kit.  Choose the Elite kit or Torque monster.  (Torque Monster is the best option!) 

The Torque Monster clutch kit upgrade is the best performing kit available.  If you want the strongest low end grunt, most belt grip, max overall performance then this is the kit for you! 

Basic Elite Shift Clutch Kit (Solid Clutch Weights, High Performance Spring, Mid Performance Lower RPM Spring, Spring Spacer, Alignment Shims)

The Elite Shift Clutch Kit comes with two different setups:  

  • Setup One: Maximum overall performance. This setup uses the shorter spring and spring spacer from our kit.  It offers maximum performance and runs at a higher rpm. 
  • Setup Two:  Mid performance lower rpm. This setup uses the longer black spring from our kit with no spring spacer.  The lower rpm setup runs at a lower rpm compared to the high performance setup. The low rpm setup is commonly used where guys like to cruise at lower speeds or are looking for a bit milder performance compared to the max performance setup.  

Gilomen Innovations Polaris Ranger 1000 G5 100 HP ECU tune and clutch kit. This tune is specifically designed for the 2018+ Ranger 1000 gen 2 models. Each tune is setup specifically for your exact model and tire size. This tune and clutch kit turns your slow doggy Ranger in to a powerful, fun, fast and very responsive machine! The three position performance switch on the dash remains fully functional. The "work" and "standard" modes stay stock while the "Performance" mode offers all out power!. If your machine is equipped with turf mode I can assure you it will stay fully functional just as it was designed to be. This tune does not cause any codes / check engine lights. It allows 100% power in All gears. The seat-belt limiter is disabled. This tune version is the most aggressive and only reflash currently offered by Gilomen Innovations for the 1000cc Ranger models. It performs great on 87 octane gas and even better on 91 octane gas. All engine protections are left in place. Fuel and timing maps are revised for peak performance on pump gas while keeping your piston crown temps and valves cooler than stock. Additional protection is offered by lowering the cooling fan temp from 205 degrees down to 190 to keep your engine running cooler and lasting longer. Rev limiter is raised to a safe 8800 RPM, Speed limiters in all gears are eliminated. Clutch tuning is absolutely needed with this tune that is why I offer this ECU tune with clutch kit options to allow the engine to run at the RPM where peak power and efficiency is. The stock clutching is designed to run at 6100-6400 RPM which is way too low for this tune, after this ECU tune the peak HP is over 7000 RPM. If you want full potential out of this tune you absolutely NEED to re-clutch. The Elite shift clutch kit is amazing with this tune.  Take off is very smooth yet very responsive. We also offer our Torque Monster adjustable clutch kit for people looking for amazing torque to the wheels, unreal belt grip, and strong acceleration. The clutch kits include detailed install instructions and torque specs. No pullers are needed to install the clutch kit. Most people can install the clutch kit in 30 minutes. I have had several people ask if their heater will work as good in the winter after the 20 degree cooler fan temps and the answer is absolutely yes. I have tested this during the harsh winter in Minnesota on my personal machine and found the heat works exactly the same. The reason for this is because the engine has a 180 degree thermostat and during the winter the cooling fan rarely comes on with or without a tuned ECU but the thermostat is always maintaining proper engine temp to keep the heater core hot.

‚Äã ‚Äã UPDATE 3/12/2018 Many Polaris models with stock ECU programming suffer from false misfire codes ( 65590, 65591, 65592 ) due to drive belt issues, excessive tire spin, constant high speed driving, or for no apparent reason at all. Polaris made these codes way too sensitive & are unable to delete the codes. Our newest version tunes 3/12/2018 and later will eliminates the false check engine codes 65590, 65591, 65592!! If you are a Polaris dealership that has unhappy customers because of these false codes please call us, we can help restore your customers faith in their new Polaris machine!

Write your name on your ECU or a slip of paper to send along with your ECU. You ship your ECU to us with any carrier you wish. Once we receive your ECU in our shop, we will reflash your ECU & send it back to you within one-business day! If you are flash tuning your machine yourself using the EZ LYNK AUTO AGENT 2 device you will need to Lynk your vehicle to Gilomen Innovations through the EZ Lynk Auto Agent app on your android or apple phone. Lynk your vehicle to our technician account terry@gilomeninnovations.com

Once you Lynk your vehicle to Gilomen Innovations we will configure your new tune and send it through the cloud to your app on your phone so you can flash tune your machine if you already purchased the tune through our website. No tune credits or other fees are involved when using this device.  If you are renting an EZ LYNK device from Gilomen you have 30 days to return the device for a $480 refund.  If you purchase the device to keep, then the device is not returnable after it has been used to flash the machine.  The EZ lynk device can be used on unlimited machines with a Gilomen-provided tune for each individual machine. 

If you need assistance with using the device or application you will need to contact EZ LYNK support https://www.ezlynk.com/support/   

Gilomen does not offer support regarding the EZ LYNK device or application.  We simply provide this device as another avenue to tune your machine. 

 

DYNOJET POWER VISION REMOTE TUNE 

If you are flash tuning your machine yourself using a dyno jet device you will need to email us the STK file and the PV-INFO file so we can configure a tune for your machine and email it to you.  Email your STK and PV-INFO file to terry@gilomeninnovations.com

HP TUNERS REMOTE TUNE

If you are flash tuning your machine yourself using the HP Tuners device you will need to email us the vehicle vin #, the stock file that you read out of the machine, and your HP Tuners serial number / interface ID # which is on the back of your device.  It is your responsibility to have the knowledge to use the HP tuners device to flash your machine.  You are responsible to obtain the proper credits to license your vehicle vin # on your device. You need to purchase a tune on our website first. GILOMEN INNOVATIONS DOES NOT OFFER TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR THE HP TUNERS DEVICE.  IF YOU ARE HAVING TROUBLE USING THE HP TUNERS DEVICE OR THEIR SOFTWARE YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT HP TUNERS SUPPORT.

    Installed on 2020 1000XP crew. Easy to install and takes very little time. It’s like a new machine. Tons more power, no more check engine lights due to false codes, and shifts like a dream. My crew will run 77mph. Highly recommend!

    Much smoother on take off/reverse. higher reves and more power. i used the small spring and it seems to be good i think though i will put the long one in just to see the difference. runs awesome with no stupid seat belt restrictor.

    Wow, What a difference, thank you for the quick turnaround time. The install went fairly easy. The youtube video i found yall made online was well done and made the install go well. My only complaint is to change the secondary clutch spring the info is a little unclear maybe yall can do a video how to do that. That's it other than that love the tune and clutch kit crazy how it changed it and the world's best belt seems to be great too thanks again Kevin

    I had installed the clutch kit with the stiffer drive spring. I then installed the flashed ECU. And let me tell you. Take off is smooth as butter roughly 2800 rpm and pulls extremely hard. My ranger now feels as responsive as a rzr. The only thig i'm slightly nervous about is the 7900-8000 rpm at WOT, Being the ranger engine does not have the oi squirters under the pistons for upper rod lubrications and cooing. But the tune works exactly as advertised and the clutch kit feels very very good. Cant wait to get some time on this set up.
