TUNING AND DATA LOG INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Install the dynojet tuner and wideband o2 sensor kit
  • Turn the ignition key on so it powers up the dynojet device, which allows it to automatically create a PV-INFO file.
  • Disconnect the dynojet PV3 device and connect it to your PC or Laptop and email the PV-INFO file to terry@gilomeninnovations.com
  • Standby until the new base tune is created and emailed to you
  • Install the new base performance tune
  • After you install the kit, you will need to send several data log files to terry@gilomeninnovations.com
  • Cruise around for about 15-20 minutes to get the engine fully warmed up
  • Then create 3 data log files.
#1 log file should be of the engine idling for about 3 minutes.
#2 log file from idle slowly roll into the throttle until you reach full throttle then let off.
#3 log file would be a three-second full throttle acceleration pull from a rolling start.
  • Email the log files to terry@gilomeninnovations
  • Standby for the new tune file to be emailed to you.  It usually takes about 3-4 times of doing this process in order to get the tune fully dialed in.
  • Then create 3 data log files again.
