These shims are for machines that are equipped with the OEM Boss secondary clutch.
The shims are placed inside the secondary clutch using a screwdriver (installation process shown in photos). If your belt rides tight against the inner sheave of the primary clutch, then this is what you need. The package includes a quantity of 3 shims.
