This is the new updated spider assembly that Polaris came out with. It has wider rollers with a much more durable bushing design. Includes composite buttons also.
Spider is made out of forged aluminum.
Fits all Ranger 1000 Models from 2018+ except for the 2018 Ranger 1000 Crew models.
XP and SOHC
This UTV has had constant issues with going into gear easily, creeping forward from inception of purchase. The Spider assembly was never really considered because of the low hours and being basically a new machine. First installed the "2 way bearing" and lock out ring. Shimmed the secondary clutch - not much better at all. Finally was talking with Terry(I believe) and we deduced the only thing left to try was the Spider Assembly. So not one to just throw parts at things - I decided what else can I do? So I threw more parts at this thing! And POW this UTV is finally working properly! I also believe the faulty Assembly ruined the original 1 way bearing, so no regrets installing all 3 components. These upgrades are a must - maybe one day Polaris will get it right?
Machine now shift,drives and moves like a brand new machine. Probably better than it ever has

I spent 20 years aggressively grass dragging mainly Polaris snowmobiles,so I have seen many aftermarket outfits products and directions can be gravely exaggerated and simply not work.I am a little out dated in this world today but you people deliver what you say and that is rare thanks. Jon Biles.
