Description

Gilomen Brand Helix for the boss square puck type 30 mm secondary clutch.  Choose your angle.  The boss clutch is the factory style clutch that was used on most 2016 and newer 1000 General, RZR, and 17-18 gen 1 Ranger 1000 models.  

The shallower the angle means more belt squeeze and higher rpm.

The steeper the angle means less belt squeeze and lower rpm.   

You can choose non EBS or an EBS type helix.  If you like the stock engine braking I recommend the EBS type.  If you want your machine to coast more when decelerating then chose the non EBS helix.

    Installed 56/66 non-ebs helix, Blackmax adjustable weights, 2-way bearing, green primary spring and orange big tire secondary spring on my 2018 General 4. This combination totally eliminated engine braking and gave me huge low and mid range rpm and torque gains with 30” tires! I run paddles at the dunes and this combination of clutch parts made the General very capable and fun to drive climbing in sand. Thanks Terry!

    Had problems with the engine braking on my 2017 Polaris General. I installed the Boss 30mm non EBS secondary clutch helix and eliminated the problem. Should have done this when it was new. What a change and makes for a great ride.

    Went with non EBS helix after crushing my interior stock rollers and gouged my stock helix all up hitting jumps. I believe the non EBS should help remedy that issue. Looking forward to trying it out

    I got the 60/64 non ebs helix per Terry for my 2016 Rzr 900s. Awesome product. Very well made. Very fast shipping. Got it today and installed it, night and day difference. Exactly what I needed. If your sick of the Polaris EBS, this is the way to go. Thanks again Terry

    Works great on my General. No more jerks and jolts. Maybe you should send screws with it though I stripped a couple of mine taking the old clutch apart and was really wishing I woulda had some with the new one.

    glad i made this change /rzr should come with this helix instead of the EBS one / best change i made / much enjoy driving mr rzr now
